Selloption Plumbing is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. This page is for contractors who want to receive those homeowner calls and requests.

This is not a job offer or employment. Providers stay independent. You run your own business, set your own prices and choose which jobs to take.

Who We Look For

We are interested in independent businesses that handle:

• Emergency plumbing, such as burst pipes and active leaks
• Sewer line repair and replacement
• Drain clearing and blocked pipe services

Experience with older homes is a plus. Many homes in our region have aging pipes, stone or block foundations and full basements, so familiarity with that work helps.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed when they call. We ask providers to be calm, clear and honest.

• Hold the licenses and insurance required where you work, and be ready to show them to homeowners.
• Give written quotes before larger work begins.
• Explain the problem in plain words and answer questions without pressure.
• Be upfront about availability. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.
• Respect the homeowner's home, time and decisions.

How Referrals Work for Providers

When a homeowner reaches out, we pass along the type of problem and the location. You then speak with the homeowner directly and handle the job on your own terms. Referral fee details are shared during the application conversation.
