Disclaimer: What This Website Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use selloption.garden. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Selloption Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider, not Selloption Plumbing.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work, or that a provider will be available to serve your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, permits, insurance and conduct.

For Your Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Plumbing problems differ, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified plumber about your own situation.

About Costs

Any dollar figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices shift with the job, location, materials, time of day and how big the problem is. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss, because that depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Safety First

Plumbing trouble can bring electrical hazards, gas appliances, hot water and contaminated wastewater. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas, leave the home and phone your gas utility from outside. If you think anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We May Be Paid

Selloption Plumbing may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep the information here correct and up to date. Still, we do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
